Peschke believes Czechs can cause upset

Kveta Peschke, the world No. 2 doubles player, is confident that Czech Republic can win the title when they travel to Moscow to face Russia in the Fed Cup by BNP Paribas World Group Final, taking place at the Olympic Stadium on 5-6 November.
