NIS, SERBIA: After the retirement of Dominikia Cibulkova in the second set of her match against Serbia's Vesna Dolonc, Captains Dejan Vranes and Matej Liptak reflect on the final day's play, declaring it to be survival of the fittest.

Vesna Dolonc is confident going in to the final day and discusses the team energy.

Daniela Hantuchova gave Slovak Republic a lead earlier in the day against 2012 runners-up Serbia. She talks about her tactics in her 75 62 defeat of Bojan Jovanovski but says the visitors have a long way to go yet before they can talk about victory in this first round World Group tie.

Jovanovski, who was feeling the effects of a painful lower back injury, says she is not sure yet whether she will feature in Sunday's reverse singles matches.
