ANTWERP, BELGIUM: Kim Clijsters clinched the decisive point for Belgium in the third rubber against USA in Antwerp, but the world No. 2 needed three sets to overcome a spirited performance from Bethanie Mattek-Sands. Yanina Wickmayer compounded American misery by hammering Melanie Oudin before the visitors avoided a whitewash in the doubles, the tie ending 4-1. Belgium goes on to host Czech Republic in the World Group semifinals.
