PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC: Ana Ivanovic gave Serbia a lifeline in the Fed Cup by BNP Paribas Final by defeating Petra Kvitova 63 75 to force the tie into a fourth rubber.

The Serbian was on fire, hitting endless winners as she played to her strengths against an obviously tired Kvitova.
