PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC: Lucie Safarova will start proceedings in this year's Fed Cup by BNP Paribas Final between Czech Republic and Serbia.

The Czech No. 2 says she is happier to play in the first rubber as that is what happened in their successful semifinal victory over Italy in Ostrava.
