OSTRAVA, CZECH REPUBLIC: Petra Kvitova speaks after defeating Francesca Schiavone 64 76(1) in third rubber of the Fed Cup by BNP Paribas World Group semifinal between  Czech Republic and Italy at Ostrava’s CEZ Arena. Kvitova recorded the decisive win on Sunday to seal victory for the defending champions and a place in the Final for the second straight year.
