| Klemenschits tribute |
A one-minute silence was held during the opening ceremony of the Fed Cup by BNP Paribas World Group II Play-off tie between Austria and Switzerland in memory of Daniela Klemenschits who died earlier this month.
In a further tribute, the Austrian team wore a black bow on their tracksuits to remember the 25-yearold who played Fed Cup in 2005.
