Last tie
Belgium defeated Estonia 3-2 in the World Group play-offs in Hasselt. The Belgian ’dream team’ for the tie included Kim Clijsters, Justine Henin, Yanina Wickmayer and Kirsten Flipkens.

History
Belgium was crowned champion in 2001, its only Fed Cup title. It also reached the Final in 2006, but lost to Italy 3-2 on the deciding doubles rubber.
